Refund policy

At EnamorarDecor Private Limited, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering premium décor products. Due to the fragile and exclusive nature of our items, returns are accepted only in case of damaged products received at the time of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.


1. Returns (Damaged Products Only)

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns are accepted strictly if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• The customer must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
• A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage claim.

The video must clearly show:

  • The outer package condition before opening
  • The complete unboxing process (without cuts or pauses)
  • The product condition immediately after opening
  • Visible damage (if any)

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.


Condition of Return:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
• No signs of use, installation, or mishandling

We reserve the right to reject claims if:

  • The video is unclear or edited
  • Damage appears caused after delivery
  • The claim is raised after 48 hours

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products without unboxing video proof
• Used or installed items
• Custom-made or made-to-order products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Do not ship the product back without confirmation from our team.


2. Refunds

Inspection & Approval:

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team:

• If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Important:

• Refunds are processed only after successful verification of the damage claim.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the damage is confirmed at our end.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are verified as damaged upon delivery.

Exchange will be processed subject to:

  • Stock availability
  • Successful verification of the damage claim

If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
• Refusal to accept delivery does not qualify as cancellation.


5. Important Disclaimer

Due to the premium and fragile nature of our décor products, we strongly recommend customers record a complete unboxing video while opening the package. This ensures a smooth and transparent claim process in case of transit damage.
