At EnamorarDecor Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your premium décor products safely and efficiently. As many of our products are freshly manufactured and carefully finished for each order, we request you to review our shipping timelines and policies below.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
For bulk or special delivery requests, customers may contact us directly for assistance.
2. Order Processing Time
At EnamorarDecor, we manufacture and prepare fresh pieces for every confirmed order to ensure premium quality and finishing.
• Orders are processed and prepared within 3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is ready and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: Processing time (3 days) is separate from delivery time.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:
Standard Shipping: 6–8 business days
Express Shipping: 3–4 business days
Delivery timelines are calculated after the product has been dispatched.
Please note:
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city, pincode, and courier partner serviceability.
• Unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics issues, festivals, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping:
• Flat rate of ₹100 on orders below ₹1999
• Free on orders above ₹1999
Express Shipping:
• Charges calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
• You will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number.
• You can track your shipment through the provided courier link.
If you do not receive tracking details within the processing timeline, please contact us.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery
We will inform you accordingly.
In such cases:
• Re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• If a refund is requested, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images and a complete unboxing video (as per our Return Policy)
• Include your order number
Claims without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
Upon verification, we will arrange for replacement or refund as applicable.
Lost Packages
If your shipment is lost in transit:
• Contact us immediately
• We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate
If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
8. Delays Beyond Control
EnamorarDecor is not liable for delays caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Strikes or lockdowns
• Courier network disruptions
• Incorrect customer details
However, we will always assist in resolving shipment issues.
